~Be prepared to sweat with an open mind~

~Drink water prior to class~

~Bring water to class~

~No eating for at least 30 minutes prior to class~

~Bring a Yoga Mat~

~Bring a towel~

~Wear comfortable clothing to allow for deep stretching of all body parts~
